Calling all Chili aficionados!
Show off your legendary chili recipe at the Lutheran High, Fremont’s Chili Cook Off!
When: Sunday, March 9, 4-7pm
Where: Lutheran High, Fremont – 3402 W. Military Ave.
There is no fee to enter the competition. Competitors arrive no later than 3:30pm.
Trophies for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place. No cash prizes.
The definition of Chili is any kind of meat, combination of meats, beans, or vegetables cooked with chili peppers, various spices, seasonings and other ingredients.
Each serving is appx 3oz of Chili. Tasting cups, spoons and napkins will be provided.
Each participant will provide a minimum of 2.5 gallons of Chili, more if desired.
Chili is to arrive ready to eat and will be reheated in an electric roaster you provide.
AC power will be provided.
- Judging will be by audience participation to a tip jar provided at your station. The Chili with the most tips supporting Lutheran High will be declared the winner.
- Proceeds benefit Lutheran High School, Fremont
- Again, trophies will be awarded based on the tip jar totals at 7:00pm.
- Hot dogs, sweet treats, Coke products, water, and a 50/50 raffle will be available.

Cornhole Competition
There is no entry fee. A donation bucket will be available at the tournament to receive donations supporting Lutheran High School, Fremont. Trophy for 1st.
Join us at Lutheran High School Fremont @ 3402 W. Military Ave. The YMCA Hazel R. Keene Lodge. First bags are tossed promptly at 4pm. Abbreviated scoring will be used if time requires such.
